Student wellbeing and active engagement in learning are our priorities. We know that students learn better when they feel safe and connected - inside and outside of the classroom.
Our wellbeing program is delivered by a team of qualified youth and social workers and is available to students, parents and families.
How wellbeing works in the school day
- A strengths based approach
- Student involvement in goal setting and planning supports
- Campus wellbeing and behaviour support facilitators
- Check ins and regulation supports through the day
- Monitoring and support for attendance and engagement
- Transition supports, into the school and out of it
- Regular review of personalised plans and progress
